📌 General Terms

• The owner of Xieron is committed to providing a safe, efficient, and useful service.
• We reserve the right to update the bot, modify or remove features, or restrict access at any time for any reason.
• We may introduce paid services in the future; users will be notified clearly if charges apply.

🔒 Ownership & Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, decompile, modify, or reverse engineer Xieron or any of its features.
• Extract the source code or attempt to create derivative versions of the bot.
• Modify any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property associated with Xieron.

All intellectual property rights remain with the creators of Xieron.

📬 Message System & Usage

Xieron includes features such as welcome messages, embeds, image banners, and automated messages. Therefore:

• You must not use NSFW or offensive content in welcome images, embeds, or message systems.
• Server owners and administrators are solely responsible for setting up and monitoring the bot's behavior.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that other server members do not misuse Xieron's functionality.
• All setup actions (like custom welcome messages or anti-nuke config) must be done properly. Improper setup resulting in abuse is the responsibility of the server's management.

❗ Misuse & Abuse

You may not use Xieron to:

• Send unsolicited or spam messages.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead users.
• Circumvent moderation or safety tools on Discord.
• Violate Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• Use or attempt to use NSFW welcome images, banners, or embeds in general or welcome channels.
• Submit false reports or misuse support services.
• Run automation or self-bots using Xieron's API or commands.

Servers using Xieron in ways that break Discord's rules or our own will be blacklisted and banned from using the service.

⚙️ Automation & Bot Access

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass any limits or security measures built into Xieron.
• Use unauthorized automation or scripts with Xieron.
• Frame or embed bot responses outside of Discord in an unauthorized manner.

⚖️ Liability

Xieron operates under the control of its developers, but any actions performed by the bot in your server (like message deletion, banning, kicking, etc.) are considered your responsibility as the server owner or administrator.

We do not accept liability for misuse caused by incorrect configuration or failure to restrict access.
